From Hands-On Experience
to Rubio Pavers
Our story began in 2007, long before the Rubio Pavers name existed.
Eloy Rubio started working hands-on in the paver industry, learning
the craft from the ground up and gaining firsthand experience in
what it takes to build outdoor spaces that not only look exceptional,
but perform for years to come.
After more than a decade of experience in the field, Eloy founded
Rubio Pavers in 2021 with a clear vision: to create a company built
around quality workmanship, integrity, attention to detail, and a better
experience for homeowners.
Today, that same hands-on mentality continues to guide every
project we take on.
